My experience stems from educational programs in museums and nonprofit organizations. I wish to launch a new career in instructional design focusing primarily on K-12 educational technology. Professionally I would like to expand my skills into presentation specialist, data visualization, and eLearning. I currently live in Denver, CO, with plans to relocate to North Carolina.
I am part of an electronic health record implementation team that uses Ipad's as their charting platform. My company utilizes OER for ongoing education of internal and external customers. As my company integrates OER materials for training, there will be strict policies and procedures implemented to accommodate this need to protect patient PHI, yet maintain educational strategies. I am passionate about education and I love the continuous innovation to evolve within that field.

This OER trends and resources analysis is a group project created for INTE 6750 E-Learning Trends and Issues conducted at the University of Colorado Denver
I currently live in Denver, CO with my two wonderful kids. I have recently migrated from the coporate business world into the deeply relevant and invigorating life of an eLearning specialist. I endeavor to use my knowledge to help create the learning programs of the future and I believe that OER will be a big part of it. We cannot ignore the immense impact these programs will have on both the business and educational systems of the future, and I aim to be a part of it.
